As soon as you find out you’re pregnant, we’re here for you. Our caring team provides early dating ultrasounds to confirm your pregnancy and ensure you have accurate information from the very start.

We also assist with Presumptive Eligibility for Pregnant Women (PEPW) through Mississippi Medicaid, helping you complete your application and providing official Proof of Pregnancy documentation. This allows you to access coverage quickly—so you can begin receiving the prenatal care you deserve without delay.

How It Works

1 / Book Your Visit

Text us at (844) 641-6401 to schedule your Proof of Pregnancy visit at our Gautier or Gulfport studio. This visit is designed for about 5 to 10 weeks of pregnancy and is $49. Pregnancy care is by appointment only, so reach out as soon as you see that positive test!

2 / Your Proof of Pregnancy Visit

We start with a medical-grade urine pregnancy test. If you are more than 7 weeks along (counting from the first day of your last period), we also do a brief 5-minute scan and you will take home 2 black-and-white photos. Before you leave, we complete your official Proof of Pregnancy paperwork.

3 / Apply for PEPW Coverage

We walk you through the Presumptive Eligibility for Pregnant Women (PEPW) application with Mississippi Medicaid, so you can start getting prenatal care while your full application is reviewed. Then we help connect you with trusted local providers for your ongoing prenatal care.

Good to Know

What Is PEPW?

Presumptive Eligibility for Pregnant Women (PEPW) is a Mississippi Medicaid program that lets eligible pregnant women begin prenatal care right away, while their full Medicaid application is being processed. It means you don't have to wait weeks to start caring for yourself and your baby.

What Should I Bring?

Please bring a photo ID and proof of your household's monthly income, such as recent pay stubs. It also helps to know the first day of your last menstrual period. Not sure what counts? Just text us and we'll help you get everything ready before your visit.

Is This a Medical Exam?

No. Our Proof of Pregnancy visit confirms your pregnancy and gets your paperwork ready. It is not a diagnostic ultrasound and does not replace care from a doctor or midwife. That's why we help you connect with a local prenatal provider as your very next step.
